What does the golden boy do for brunch in New York City?
Simple fare fit for a King. In his own words “Ha, it’s my Saturday breakfast…eggs over-easy ciabatta, tomato, avocado, cilantro, horseradish cheddar… Yolk is the sauce, I don’t know.”

Saturday Breakfast in NYC
- Two eggs
- 1 ciabatta roll
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 advodaco sliced
- A handful of cilantro
- 5g of horseradish cheddar (or other cheddar substitute) grated
Throw some butter in a skillet and fry up two eggs over-easy. Lightly toast the ciabatta, and glaze with butter. Slice the ciabatta roll in half, and plate. Layer the tomato and avocado slices over the ciabatta, and dust with the cheddar. Ladel one egg over each of the rolls, and garnish with cilantro. As you delicately slice into the eggs, the yolk will drizzle onto the dish as a delicious sauce. Well done King Nearsch…
